The Last Word is a Wichita acoustic trio of local music-scene veterans: Tanya White (10 Day Wish) on vocals, Bruce Despommier (Junk Male, Big Fat Fun) on guitar and Aaron Fox on keys, vocals, percussion and sound. They play the rock radio of the '70s, '80s and '90s, from Hotel California to You Oughta Know, and bring their own sound system sized to the room.

The Last Word is an acoustic trio built from veterans of the Wichita music scene: Tanya White (10 Day Wish) on vocals, Bruce Despommier (Junk Male, Big Fat Fun) on guitar and Aaron Fox on keys, vocals, percussion and sound. Their set list reads like a stack of worn-out records, with the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Bad Company and Journey right alongside the Gin Blossoms, Collective Soul and Alanis Morissette.
The Last Word strips those songs down to keys, guitar, percussion and vocals. The choruses still land and the crowd still sings along, but the room can still hear itself talk. The band brings and runs its own sound system, from a small patio setup to a full PA, which makes the trio an easy booking for patios, breweries, wineries, restaurants and private parties.
